Medical Insurance Plans
Colt offers its employees a comprehensive medical
package to suit their needs. Employees are
eligible to participate on the 90th day of active
employment. Dependent coverage is also available. The
plan premiums are paid by both the employee and
the Colt contributions.
Dental Insurance Plans
Colt offers its employees a dental package to fit
their needs. Employees are eligible to participate
on the 90th day of active employment. Dependent
coverage is also available. The plan premiums
are paid by both the employee and Colt contributions.
Vision Plan
Colt offers an optional vision plan that includes
coverage for vision examinations, lenses (standard
or contact) and frames. Dependent coverage
is also available. The plan premiums are
paid by the employee.
Basic Life and AD&D Insurance Plans
Colt offer basic Term Life Insurance and AD&D
insurance are provided to employees. The plan
premiums are paid both by the employee and Colt contributions.
401(k) Plan
Colt sponsors a qualified 401(k) Plan. The plan
allows employees to contribute a portion of their
pay on a pre-tax basis into their own account within
the retirement plan. There is a vast choice
of investment fund options. The company also
provides an employer match.
Vacation Pay
Colt provides a competitive vacation plan that increases
with tenure. An employee can begin to use
vacation after 6 months of employment.
Sick Pay
Colt provides a competitive sick plan. An employee
can begin to use sick days as early as their 1st 90
days of active employment, full sick benefits are
earned after 90 days.
Holiday Pay
Colt provides a competitive holiday plan. An
employee is eligible to receive Holiday pay upon their
1st day of hire.
- Eligibility Requirements for participation in

be a full-time employee or a part-time employee
who works a minimum of 30 hours per week.
